I look forward to meeting you at your session. Should you have any questions or need to reschedule please feel free to reach out.
I shoot all headshot sessions in the lobby at Hillbarn Theatre in Foster City (1285 E. Hillsdale Blvd.) unless other arrangements have been made.
Schedule: Consider if you are better in the morning or afternoon and if there are certain days of the week that would be best for your session. I am a night owl so I keep my mornings free for myself. That said, I am open to shooting in the morning so if you prefer a morning shoot just let me know and I will schedule manually it rather than go through my booking calendar.
Prepare: I am happy to schedule a time to chat either in person if you live near Foster City, chat on the phone or through Facetime.
Shoot: When you arrive, we’ll put on your favorite music and chat about what you want to achieve with your new headshots. As we shoot, I’ll share previews of the images and we can make any adjustments you want. This is your time to shine, and we will collaborate to bring out your best.
Payment: Payment is due at the end of your session. I accept and prefer checks. If you want to pay with a credit card, I will send you a payment link. I now accept Venmo.
Proofs + Review: Proofs usually uploaded the same day as the shoot. I delete rejects, and post your proofs online in a private, password-protected folder and gallery that is always available to you. This is where I will also post your high resolution edited images, so once I send you the link, you should bookmark it.
Choose: Email me the image numbers of your picks and I get to work on editing them. Edits normally take 2 days to do and upload depending on my schedule.
Social Media: Clients are free to use all images for headshot, social media, personal websites, and all casting purposes. Please credit all social media posts @tracymartinphotography
For all other uses, especially press announcements, magazine (print & online), music, books, covers, Author bios, and advertising purposes please make sure that credit is given as follows. Photo: Tracy Martin Photography
