After a year of being almost gluten-free, I have reversed course and become obsessed with baking sourdough bread.
One of my rules, when I was gluten-free, was that I could eat what I made, so if I made bread, well you get the drift. Fast forward to Aida at Broadway By The Bay. Mark and I went to closing night and I ran into a friend who was gifting some sourdough starter to Caitlin McGinty-Beanan as a closing night present. I saw a loaf that Caitlin made with that starter and was incredibly jealous. I had made sourdough when I lived in upstate NY but it never looked as good as her loaf. So I made a starter and just finished my 4th batch of bread. After batch 3 was a failure I decided I would log my efforts here.[/vc_column_text][mk_blog cat=”285″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][/vc_column][/vc_row]
